The ICA Commission on User Experience (UX) business meeting was held on 15 December 2021 during the 2021 International Cartography Conference in Florence, Italy. Because of the hybrid format of the 2021 ICC, we have recorded and posted the business meeting for those that could not be in Florence in person.
